Creating sexy hair can take some time, so please be patient as that may run the schedule back at times in between appointments. To make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, feel free to bring a snack, your favorite drink, or order from one of the many great spots nearby while you’re in the chair. You’re also welcome to bring anything else that helps you relax during your appointment.

All booking requests are navigated through text that Cynthia uses to prepare and book clients. If Cynthia is really busy working, all new booking requests may experience a longer wait time for a response, but don’t worry—soon as she has the availability, there will be a follow-up text offering her next soonest openings.

Cynthia works with an assistant and she double books. Her assistants are professional working hairstylists with years of experience. They help speed things along and are responsible for mainly washing, blowdrying, and root touch ups. Cynthia handles all formulating, coloring, toning, and haircutting for her clients. Disclaimer: Cynthia always double books and works with an assistant due to being highly requested, and having a large clientele. If you’re looking for more of a one-on-one experience, this may not be the right fit for you.

There is two-hour parking in front of the salon. If you plan to stay past two hours, we recommend you park in the public parking lot across from Urth Caffé, which is within walking distance to the salon.
